My Favorite Places to Fish

2) Marina Park
I have never seen another person FF here (although I'm sure some have). This has been a really consistent spot that I really like. My biggest Halibut to date was caught in the rip just North of the jetty. I prefer a low or falling tide here. Always good for perch and the occasional barn door. Fish around the jetty (1). There's almost always a nice rip along the North side and some nice troughs along the little beach just South of the jetty (2). If your game, you can walk along the jetty towards the south all the way to the tip and fish the harbor. I've caught some nice bass there (3). Be Careful!
Directions: Traveling North on Hwy 101 exit at Seaward. Turn Left over the Fwy and then Left on Harbor Blvd. Turn Right at Peninsula St and then Left on Peirpont Bl. Continue South on Pierpont into the parking lot. Park near the restrooms.
